Stephen Colbert was one of nearly 15,000 people who marched to honor the nine victims of the mass shooting in Charleston, South Carolina on Sunday.
Colbert, who grew up in Charleston, walked hand-in-hand across the Arthur Ravenel Jr. Bridge with thousands of other marchers to form a “unity chain” that stretched from Mount Pleasant to Charleston. The march took place in remembrance of the nine people who were killed last Wednesday in a church shooting.
