SAN FRANCISCO (AP) — Police are investigating two small fires at the San Francisco home where the Robin Williams movie Mrs. Doubtfire was filmed.
KNTV reports the blazes were set around 8 p.m. Monday at the home in the wealthy Pacific Heights neighborhood where the 1993 movie was set.
The fires caused minor damage to the front door, where a doormat was set ablaze, and the side of a garage, where another small fire was ignited. No arrests had been made Tuesday.
The home drew notes and flowers from hundreds of people after Williams, star of Mrs. Doubtfire, killed himself on Aug. 1.
Dr. Douglas K. Ousterhout owns the home.
