Vince Vaughn on Friday pleaded (via his lawyer) no contest to one charge of reckless driving stemming from an arrest last June in Manhattan Beach, according to the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s office.
The actor was arrested June 10, 2018, and in September charged with three misdemeanors: driving under the influence of an alcoholic beverage, driving with a blood-alcohol level of 0.08 or higher and refusing to comply with police.
Those charges were dropped as a result of Vaughn pleading no contest to a charge of reckless driving, according to authorities.
Vaughn was arrested after he allegedly refused to exit his car when ordered by police at a DUI checkpoint after they suspected he had been drinking and driving.
Authorities accused the actor of failing a field sobriety test and of allegedly having a blood test show he was over the legal limit.
