Actor and comedian Chris Tucker owes more than $4.4 million on his central Florida home.
SunTrust Bank recently filed foreclosure papers on the 10,000-square-foot waterfront home, according to court documents first reported by the Orlando Sentinel.

The 39-year-old purchased the Lake Apopka estate for $6 million in 2007. It includes five bedrooms, three fireplaces, a personal spa, an outdoor kitchen and a pirate-themed basement — complete with a wooden deck and a ship’s mast and sail.
Cited circuit court documents also report the Internal Revenue Service put a $11.5 million lien on the home earlier in the year in order to collect unpaid taxes.
Tucker, who starred in the Rush Hour franchise, signed a two-picture deal with New Line Cinema in 2005 for an estimated $40 million. The deal secured his involvement in his last picture, 2007’s Rush Hour 3. It was the least successful of the series, but it still grossed more than $250 million globally.
Adding insult to injury, the Sentinel points to a property appraiser who places the actual value of Tucker’s home at only $1.6 million.
