Like all good birthday celebrations, Coach’s involves Disney.
In honor of its 75th anniversary, the American fashion house has joined forces with Disney for a fun — yet still fashion-forward — limited-edition Mickey Mouse collaboration.
The collection, now available at Coach’s Soho flagship store, Paris’ Colette boutique and online Friday, fuses the brand’s classic Americana style with vintage ‘70s and ‘80s-inspired renderings of everyone’s favorite mouse embossed on backpacks, purses, leather jackets and tees from Coach’s timeless assortment. Leather accessories, including wallets, key chains and luggage tags, also are available featuring Mickey’s expressive black-and-white face and gloved paws.

Whereas some Disney-fied collaborations can be a bit over-the-top, creative director Stuart Vevers managed to work the icon into the brand’s signature pieces in a subtle yet playful fashion — perfect for the minimalist Disney fans out there. “Mickey Mouse is one of my earliest memories of American pop — his nostalgic charm, cheekiness, individuality and inherent cool make for the ultimate American icon,” said the English designer in a release. “I’ve always seen Mickey as a playful rebel at heart and a timeless symbol of joy and creativity.”
Eat your heart out, Disney lovers.
