Why We Dig: So far the Cannes carpet has seen plenty of black, white and gray gowns, but despite the sea of colorless ensembles, Stone managed to make her monochrome look a standout. The playful organza ruffles, cascading from the waistline in a wavy pattern, give the otherwise simple silhouette a flirty, fun vibe, while the actress’ two-toned Christian Louboutin pumps keep the ensemble polished. Despite the windy weather, which threatened a rather unladylike snafu, Stone looked as elegant as ever.
