The Director Poster Art - P 2013
The time is nigh for Gucci to finally debut The Director, its James Franco-produced, Christina Voros-directed film about the fashion house’s creative director, Frida Giannini. The doc premieres at the Tribeca Film Festival on April 21, and follows 18-months of life inside Giannini’s double G-strewn empire.
The simple, dramatic poster appears to be Giannini, who just gave birth to a daughter with Gucci CEO Patrizio di Marco on March 4, standing in front of a slew of photographers, presumably to take her bow on the runway.
