It was model mayhem as L’Oreal rolled out not only the red carpet, but an entire mansion re-done in rouge, for its muses to celebrate Paris Fashion Week.
The fete closed out the last night of nine days of shows with a powerhouse party in an abandoned hotel in the city’s chic 16th district.
All the L’Oreal ladies were there: Eva Longoria, Karlie Kloss, Liya Kebede, Isabeli Fontana, Lara Stone, Natasha Poly, Doutzen Kroes, Leila Bekhti, Barbara Palvin, Soo Joo Park, Irina Shayk and Ines de la Fressange, among others.

Bradley Cooper came on the arm of girlfriend Shayk. Hailey Baldwin, male model Gabriel-Kane Day-Lewis (son of Oscar-winner Daniel), Julia Restoin-Roitfeld and adorable alternative French pop artist Petite Meller, who also played at the brand’s Cannes party, were among the guests.
Longoria and Kebede, clad in a Balmain dress and a crushed velvet Haider Ackerman suit, respectively, were involved in an animated conversation curled up on a back couch. Considering it was International Women’s Day, maybe they were talking about their mutual work as outspoken activists for maternal health and poverty issues, or maybe it was makeup.
Formula One race car driver Hamilton Lewis, who became a surprise front-row staple this season and is currently fashion’s new man of the moment, chatted with Fontana next to a fireplace in one of the mansion’s man rooms. Well, with a performance from L.A.-based rapper Anderson Paak going on, it was more shouting and gesturing, before English actor Alex Pettyfer fan-boyed and asked for a selfie with the driver.
Guests posed in photo booths placed in various rooms around the mansion.
The party celebrated both the brand’s behind-the-scenes work during fashion week, creating looks for Cedric Charlier, Carven, Giambattista Valli, Vanessa Seward, Maison Rabih Kayrouz and Olympia Le-Tan’s shows, and the world premiere of its Red Obsession short film.
Kloss herself was clearly a fan, filming the film on her iPhone. Very meta.
