All hail King James.
The Los Angeles Lakers’ newest player LeBron James is getting his own sushi roll. On Monday, Katsuya by SBE revealed on Instagram the restaurant’s newest menu item, the King XXIII sushi roll.
The menu item takes its name from James’ nickname, King James, and features the NBA star’s jersey number, 23.
A royally made dish, the roll consists of king crab, A4 Wagyu beef, truffle butter, wasabi and ume topped with caviar. It costs $35.
The sushi plate not only honors the basketball player, it raises money for a good cause. For every purchase of the King XXIII roll, SBE will donate $1 to the LeBron James Family Foundation, which supports James’ newly opened I PROMISE School in his hometown of Akron, OH.
