Olivia Pope Ties the Knot in Anne Barge [People]
Spoiler alert: The 100th episode of Scandal, which aired Thursday, sees the cast in an alternative universe, including Olivia Pope (Kerry Washington) and Fitzgerald Grant (Tony Goldwyn) tying the knot. If Olivia did get married, apparently she would have worn an off-the-shoulder wedding gown by Atlanta-based designer Anne Barge. The dress retails for $4,500.
Creator Shonda Rhimes revealed that she wanted to make sure the dress was “unbelievable, September issue-worthy, amazeballs — allll of the adjectives.” Washington added that Olivia’s wedding hairdo was inspired by Janelle Monae’s Golden Globes look.

Vogue Arabia Finds New Editor [Business of Fashion]
One day after the announcement that editor Deena Aljuhani Abdulaziz would be exiting Vogue Arabia after just two print issues, the Conde Nast-owned glossy has found its new editor-in-chief: Manuel Arnaut. The Portugese-born editor previously served as the EIC of Architectural Digest Middle East. He starts his new role May 7. Arnaut’s appointment follows the news that Edward Enninful will be the new editor-in-chief of British Vogue.
Billie Lourd Wears Custom Tom Ford for Star Wars‘ 40th Anniversary Celebration [ET Online]
Billie Lourd, the daughter of late Carrie Fisher, surprised fans on Thursday when she appeared at a special Star Wars event in celebration of the film’s 40th anniversary in Orlando, Florida. The Scream Queens alum stepped out in a custom white Tom Ford dress — not unlike the gown worn by Princess Leia (Fisher) in Star Wars: Episode IV — to pay tribute to her mom, who passed away in December after suffering a heart attack. “Star Wars became our family, our religion, our way of life… She loved you,” said Lourd on stage, adding, “If life isn’t funny, then it’s just true, and that is unacceptable.”
