Paris Fashion Week typically welcomes quite a few A-listers to the front row, but not until later on in the week, when the big guns — Chanel, Miu Mui, Givenchy — host their shows, attracting the likes of Beyonce and Emma Stone.
This season, however, the starry party started on Day 1, with Kanye West attending Anthony Vaccarello’s Fall 2013 runway show (the award-winning designer reportedly helped Kanye with his last collection). West turned out to be the smaller story of the day, thanks to a French fashion editor who flashed the front row.

Kim’s baby-daddy was just the beginning, though. On Wednesday, Olivia Palermo made an appearance at fashion-insider favorite Rochas, looking regal in a black velvet coat, wine-red lips and hair pulled back into a tight bun.
But the real surprise was Cher, who sat front row at avant-garde designer Gareth Pugh’s show on Wednesday night. (A pregnant Fergie was there, too, but who can even pay attention to such things when CHER is around?)
“Went 2 see MOST AMAZING FASHION SHOW,Genius designer,Don’t want 2 Mangle his name,” said Cher on Twitter regarding Pugh’s Fall 2013 collection. “Get his info.OMG! So Lovely,LIKE..WELL..LIKE..NOTHING ELSE! Beyond Heaven Fashion! If Red Carpet was Milk toast, his Carpet is Ambrosia.”

The recent shows in London and Milan both saw their front rows relatively sparse. So it’s nice to see fashion back on the radars of American personalities. We can’t wait to see who the next batch brings.
