Mr. Robot star and red-carpet favorite Rami Malek has (finally) joined the Dior Homme family.
The actor, who was styled by Ilaria Urbinati in a navy three-piece tux by the brand at Sunday’s Golden Globe Awards, joins Boy George, model Ernest Klimko and Dior Homme regular A$AP Rocky in artistic director Kris Van Assche’s #KVASquad for the French fashion house’s summer 2017 campaign. (Watch out, #WangSquad.)
Stylist Olivier Rizzo outfitted the actor in an eyelet-embellished bomber jacket for the ads, photographed by Willy Vanderperre. “There’s something very Flemish painting about him,” Van Assche told WWD. “[The portraits] have an almost cold vibe to them.”
Though this is his first time fronting for Dior Homme, the actor has worn tuxes by the brand at both this year’s and last year’s Golden Globe Awards, the 2016 Critics Choice Awards and the 2016 Emmys. He was also seated front row at the fall Dior Homme show in Paris.
Both A$AP Rocky, who first fronted for the brand in June of 2016, and Boy George were photographed wearing their signature pieces — Boy George in a tall wool hat decked out with buttons, and A$AP Rocky in a patchwork denim jacket.
To celebrate the launch of the summer 2017 campaign, Dior Homme also launched its very own Instagram account (@DiorHomme) so fans can find their inspiration (and the faces of their favorite campaign stars) all in one place. Other ambassadors, including Robert Pattinson and filmmaker Larry Clark, are also featured on the account.
