Ron Perlman Handbags Split - H 2011
If you got an invite that read “Ron Perlman invites you to view the new luxury handbag line” — wouldn’t you think twice? The macho tough guy actor from Drive and Sons of Anarchy is pushing handbags? But the new line is in fact by Perlman’s wife Opal Stone, who has a fine jewelry line called Opal Stone Fine Jewelry, and it’s handcrafted from exotic skins including alligator, croc and ostrich, with hardware in 18 or 22 carat yellow gold.

Perlman will host the handbag launch event at the Gray Gallery on December 8, and perhaps some of Opal’s jewelry clients like Selma Blair, Kelly Osbourne, Teri Hatcher and Jennifer Hudson will turn up. And maybe even some very cool bikers and Katey Sagal. Although we can’t exactly see bikers with these elegant bags. And notice there is no python in the bunch.
