Amy Schumer posted an interesting selfie in honor of National Gun Violence Awareness Day (June 2). If you’re confused, Schumer knows what she’s doing —  everyone’s talking about and engaging with the post. The photo garnered 41,200 likes and nearly 2,000 comments on Instagram, which is nearly quadruple the average amount of social engagement on Schumer’s page.

The Mother of Puppies
Game of Thrones star Emilia Clarke is quickly becoming the Instagram account to follow, with 4.3 million followers and rising. While promoting her latest film, Me Before You, on The Late Show With Stephen Colbert, Clarke posted this candid BTS shot. Cuteness, squared.

Mommas Only
Uber-cool stylist Karla Welch doesn’t follow trends — she creates them. Olivia Wilde made a cameo on Welch’s Insta feed, rocking a satin baseball jacket with “Otis” (the name of Wilde’s son) embroidered across the back and setting off comments from users asking how they could get their hands on one. Expect to see mothers rocking their babies’ names on satin jackets in the months to come. (Dog moms: You may also participate.) This is how trends are made, people.

Lovebirds Chloe Grace Moretz and Brooklyn Beckham are totally official — from the red carpet to social media. Moretz posted a photo of Beckham’s loving gaze at Cannes, but it wasn’t the photo that got all the likes, it was the caption: “Hey @brooklynbeckham I like the way ya look at me, that’s all :)” Melting! American girl, English boy — all the makings of a good romance, right there.

THR’s style editor, Carol McColgin, posted Fendi’s latest eye candy — an all-black Crazy Carats watch — which debuted at the Couture show in Las Vegas. The Couture show is held annually and hosts the latest and greatest pieces from the top jewelers and timepiece makers in the world.

Unsurprising to most, Kim Kardashian’s latest project doesn’t include clothes. While some fans may be over the moon at the chance to see the reality star naked (again), others are more concerned about her spilling the coffee on the bed. Take a (Gucci) Seat
Arguably the most Instagrammed detail from Gucci’s 2017 Cruise Show held at London’s Westminster Abbey wasn’t the clothes, but the seat cushions. The hunter green velvet cushions came embroidered with various needlepoint motifs, from tigers to bees. Guests were delighted that the cushions were theirs to keep, and most Gucci lovers noted so in the caption. There’s no word if creative director Alessandro Michele plans to unveil a home-goods line — something Gucci hasn’t done since the days with Tom Ford at the helm — but if these cushions are any indication of what the line would look like, everyone’s in.

Friday Fleurs
Ukrainian artist Anna Remarchuk’s beautiful creations are getting noticed worldwide, thanks to her creative usage of blooms. The “Envelope Series” depicts flowers precisely arranged coming out of vintage cream-colored envelopes. Since flat-lay photos get all the Instagram likes, why not arrange flowers in that fashion? A true stroke of artistic genius.

Saving Is the New Pinning
Big news for Pinterest users: “Save” is the new “Pin It.” This week, the platform announced the change of its trademark action-verb button. Since half of pinners are from outside the United States, the idea of using an easily translated word makes sense — and it’s already working. Pinterest reports that since the “Save” button was implemented, users are pinning — er, saving — 10 percent more pins worldwide.

This Is Not a Drill — New Emojis Are Coming Soon
The Unicode Technical Committee, the ruling committee of emojis, has accepted 77 possible candidates for a new emoji release. Here’s some to look forward to: cowboy-hat smiley, Mrs. Claus, man in a tuxedo and a face palm. More exciting news for heavy users of the infamous eggplant emoji: A pickle of various widths and lengths is a candidate for wide release.
