Jane Fonda Covers Town & Country Unretouched [Town & Country]
The opening of Jane Fonda’s profile for the November issue of Town & Country, written by Brooks Barnes, describes the 79-year-old actress as “fuming” while lounging in “fancy sweats.” What’s she so angry about? Donald Trump, apparently. When Barnes attempts to steer the conversation towards her career (Fonda is promoting her new Netflix flick with Robert Redford, Our Souls at Night), the actress replies, “It’s just that, with everything going on in the world, our country, it’s really hard to talk about myself or entertainment right now.” Fonda was unretouched for the stunning black-and-white cover, photographed by Max Vadukul, wearing a Ralph Lauren blouse.
