Kendall Jenner Apologizes for Putting Her Face on Vintage Band Tees [Twitter]
Kendall and Kylie Jenner were accused of majorly disrespecting artists like Tupac, Biggie Smalls and Pink Floyd after the pair plastered their faces and initials on vintage band tees, which they then sold on their eponymous label’s website for $125 a pop. (Biggie’s mother, Voletta, even went on Instagram to explain that the sisters had not contacted the estate to ask for permission to use his likeness, and called the shirts “disgusting” and “exploitation at its worst.”) On Thursday, after a storm of social media backlash, Jenner issued an apology to those offended, as well as to the friends and family members of the bands. “The tees have been pulled from retail and all images have been removed,” she wrote. “We will use this as an opportunity to learn from these mistakes, and again, we are very sorry.”

In her interview, Hadid spoke about her life post-breakup with The Weeknd (“I’m living! And I’ve gained a couple pounds, but I’m good!”), while Delevingne spoke with fellow model and good friend Adwoa Aboah about making the transition from modeling to acting and dealing with the public’s reaction to her new career path (“I always say, modeling is something I do, whereas acting feels more like what I [am]. I have felt better than I felt in years, and that’s purely from doing what I love”).
