Lenny Letter Moves From Hearst to Conde Nast [Business of Fashion]
Lenny Letter, the twice-weekly feminist newsletter founded by Girls co-creators Lena Dunham and Jenni Konner, is making the move from Hearst to Conde Nast. Lenny had inked a deal with Hearst in 2015 to publish its content on the websites of properties like Elle and Marie Claire, and also sold advertising on the newsletter. According to Business of Fashion, the two parties were unable to reach an agreement when it came time to renew the contract earlier this year. Currently, Lenny Letter has 500k subscribers and a 50 percent open rate.

Stance Socks Expands to Intimates [WWD]
Stance Socks, the Southern California-based socks company which has collaborated with athletes and influencers (including Rihanna and Willow Smith) alike, is expanding into intimates for women. The line, available Tuesday in stores and online, includes three underwear styles ($16-$18), bralettes ($34-$36) and bodysuits ($60).
Rent the Runway Launches First National Ad Campaign, Expands Offering [Pret-a-Reporter Inbox]
Rent the Runway is looking to take on the fast-fashion business by creating a “closet in the cloud,” where women can borrow a set number of designer items for a fixed price per month, rather than accumulate piles of fast-fashion goods. To achieve this, the company has unveiled an updated RTR subscription program which allows customers to borrow four items per month for $89; for $159 per month, “unlimited” customers can return and exchange up to four items as many times per month as they’d like. The brand has reported 125 percent growth in its subscription programs. It has also released its first-ever national ad campaign.
