Last year, under then-editor-in-chief Kate Lanphear, Maxim magazine underwent a redesign which aimed to steer the publication in a less overtly sexy and more sophisticated direction. However, amidst still falling sales, the men’s mag has reverted to its old ways. With Lanphear out and former GQ Style Guy Glenn O’Brien now running the show, the glossy returned to its sexy roots with its December/January cover starring a nude Alessandra Ambrosio. [Instagram]
For its 30th anniversary in 2016, Paris museum Les Arts Decoratifs is opening an exhibit spanning 300 years of fashion, from 1715 to 2015. The show, which will be open from April 7 to Aug. 14, is meant to demonstrate the evolution of fashion with a curation of over 300 pieces, including a selection from its exclusive sponsor, H&M. [WWD]

Like Michael Kors before it, the Kate Spade brand is being sued for deceptive outlet prices. According to the suit, filed in California, deceptive merchandising led customers to believe that they were paying less than full price for an item, when in fact the outlet merchandise (made specifically for discount stores), had never been intended to be sold at “full price.” [Racked]
