We’re literally dying — Rachel Zoe is coming back to TV with a brand-new talk show called Fashionably Late With Rachel Zoe. Joining the stylist is Harper’s Bazaar editor-at-large Derek Blasberg, who, along with Zoe, will interview the pair’s A-list friends and clients. The Lifetime show, filmed at Zoe’s Melrose offices, will premiere Sept. 24 following Project Runway. [THR]
Trainwreck star Amy Schumer is every nerd’s dream come true as a sexed-up Princess Leia for her Star Wars-themed GQ cover shoot. “The Funniest Woman in the Galaxy” got down with C-3PO and R2-D2 and danced, Rockettes-style, with some Stormtroopers in the magazine’s annual comedy issue, which hits newsstands this month. Guess Inc. CEO Paul Marciano is stepping down from his post, as the company looks to make more changes to remedy its ailing profits. He will, however, continue his role as chief creative officer. Marciano will be replaced in August by Victor Herrero, the former head of Inditex Group’s Asia-Pacific division, which helped brands like Zara undergo major expansion in the past few years. Following a two-year legal battle, a New York judge has ordered Lin & J International Inc. to pay Tory Burch $38.9 million for infringing on her trademarked designs, as well as an additional $2.3 million in attorneys’ fees. The products in question include rings, necklaces and earrings that mirrored Burch’s signature Isis designs and were sold wholesale as the company’s own. [WWD]

Despite a trending #PrimeDayFail hashtag, it appears that Amazon’s 20th anniversary celebration did pretty well after all.
