Vivienne Westwood Plans Digital Presentation for Fall [Pret-a-Reporter Inbox]
Vivienne Westwood is trading in a traditional runway for a digital presentation. Images and videos surrounding the fall 2018 collection will be promoted on Monday, Jan. 8, at 2 p.m. GMT during London Fashion Week: Men’s. “We’re looking forward to showing you our winter collection, which instead of a catwalk, we will present through the form of film and imagery, so you can get a good look at it and love it as much as we do,” said Westwood. “Buy less, choose well, make it last.”
Target Partners With Men’s Clothing Line Askov Finlayson [Pret-a-Reporter Inbox]
Target is collaborating with Askov Finlayson, a Minneapolis-based menswear clothing company co-founded by Eric Dayton, on a capsule collection that’s inspired by the North and celebrates the Gopher State. The collection, priced from $5 to $40, will offer apparel and accessories for men, women, kids, toddlers and babies, as well as home goods. The Askov Finlayson for Target line launches Jan. 14 in 38 Minnesota stores, and for those who don’t live in the North Star State, you can still find the range at target.com.

Brioni’s New Creative Director to Present First Collection During Paris Men’s Fashion Week [Pret-a-Reporter Inbox]
Brioni creative director Nina-Maria Nitsche, who joined the fashion house in June, will be presenting her first collection during Paris Men’s Fashion Week on Jan. 20. Nitsche previously worked at Maison Martin Margiela, according to Business of Fashion. Nitsche replaced Justin O’Shea, who departed the position after only six months.
