Welcome to The Bachelor version of The Hollywood Reporter's Power Rankings. Each week, THR's Bachelor experts will be tuning into the romantic connections and dramatic shenanigans taking place on season 21 of the long-running ABC franchise. In an effort to cater to viewers who opt out of show spoilers, these rankings are based on opinions and observations week-by-week.
Monday's episode was dominated by whipped cream, an inflatable bounce house and lots of snoring — all three involving Corinne.
The Bachelor's early villain and runaway frontrunner — judging by Nick Viall's body language — turned her antics up a notch during the third week of the ABC reality dating competition. The 24-year-old boasted about having a nanny, snoozed through group activities (providing ABC with the opportunity to dub in a snoring soundtrack) and stole Nick away for two private meetups: During the rose ceremony she wore a trenchcoat with nothing underneath and fed Nick whipped cream off her body; then at a house-wide pool party, she lured Nick to a bouncy castle where she straddled and smooched him for all the other women to see.
Special treatment, much?
Between Corinne's power plays, Nick dumped Dominique when their lack of connection sent her into a spiral; awarded Danielle L., Rachel and Astrid with post-group challenge alone time and roses; and fell for Vanessa — literally, while floating in a zero-gravity plane — before she called him to task over his playboy shenanigans with Corinne (a conversation that will be continued next week).
See how all of Nick's remaining women stack up after the episode below and check back in next week for THR's weekly Bachelor Power Rankings. Share your comments below.

Vanessa, 29, special education teacher from Montreal, Quebec, Canada
Image Credit: Mitch Haaseth/ABC Vanessa topping this week's Power Rankings is twofold: She became the first woman Nick has fallen for and, in the same week, also became the first contestant to truly check Nick's behavior.
In a sea of contestants who are smitten with Nick before even getting to know him — and who shrieked in unison over this week's Backstreet Boys cameo, shining a light on their much-younger ages compared to 36-year-old Nick's — Vanessa, 29, was authentically herself during her one-on-one date with Nick in the sky aboard a zero gravity plane. Unfortunately, after floating like astronauts, the 29-year-old found herself feeling sick and vomited. But the Bachelor bad boy was the opposite of turned off: He reveled in being able to take care of her, caressing and kissing her even after she puked. "This is so not sexy," she said. But Nick said his favorite moment of the once-in-a-lifetime experience was comforting her.
Later, over wine and dinner atop the tallest building in L.A., Nick, who has been guarded, finally let his wall down with Vanessa, who also became the first woman to ask the question on everyone's minds: Why do this a fourth time? "I've been incredibly terrified that this is not going to work out," Nick shared, adding he feels "very optimistic" and "sees a lot of things he's looking for in someone who he wants to spend the rest of his life with" in Vanessa.
Vanessa, who earned a rose that night, called Nick "the total package" but their relationship hit some turbulence when she grew fed up with Nick's physical display of affection with Corinne and Nick's "riding her." She scolded him during their icy poolside altercation: "I'm not judging Corinne. I'm judging your actions" and asks if he's just looking for a woman to "f— around with." Nick: Fix this.
-
Danielle L.., 27, small business owner from Los Angeles, CA
Image Credit: Mitch Haaseth/ABC Look out: Danielle L. is officially competition. Nick is falling quickly for the small business owner and let it be known. "I'm a big fan of you. You're someone I'm very intrigued with," he told the Angeleno at the second rose ceremony. Their connection only grew stronger as the episode progressed, with Danielle winning the Backstreet Boys group date challenge. Their prize — a dance to the boy band's serenade — was a further show at their physical chemistry and sent Corinne into a jealous tizzy. (Their first dance lyrics: "You are my fire, the one desire…") Later that evening, Nick relayed that he was happy to see Danielle "look really comfortable" for the fist time and led her in another slow dance, and makeout session complete with light spanking. "I can see myself falling in love with you," she said.
-
Rachel, 31, attorney from Dallas, TX
Image Credit: Mitch Haaseth/ABC Rachel got some play after a quiet second episode when the first-impression rose recipient was asked out on her first date with Nick: a sporty group one, involving track-inspired competitions. The boss lawyer killed it on the track but overshot the final competition, lending Astrid the opportunity to scoop up the track ring and win alone time with Nick in the hot tub. But the two made up for lost time later that night when they sat down for a much-needed, deep conversation, where Nick poured on the compliments. “You're mature, easy to talk to, beautiful, smart, very much yourself," said Nick, leading the Texan to tell the camera during her private interview that she's starting to believe in this process. "I could be one of the last one's standing," she says with a huge smile.
-
Danielle M., 31, neonatal nurse from Nashville, TN
Image Credit: Mitch Haaseth/ABC Danielle earned the top slot after Week 2, given her and Nick's honest and heartwarming dinner date. When Nick gave her the rose, he called it his "easiest decision yet." Danielle sweetly bemoaned her lack of time with Nick during Week 3, but it's safe to assume he still feels confident in their relationship and is simply spreading the one-on-one love.
-
Astrid, 26, plastic surgery office manager from Tampa, FL
Image Credit: Mitch Haaseth/ABC Going into the third episode, it was hard to even remember Astrid's name. But she pulled out all the right moves, from unintentionally (or intentionally?) opting for a less-is-more coverage approach while on the track field and strategically winning the challenge, despite being the slowest runner of the bunch. The two made out in the hot tub — in their workout clothes — and seemed very comfortable with each other. Either there has been more to this relationship we haven’t been seeing or Nick was instantly wowed by the plastic surgery office manager's thin sports bra that didn't quite support the girls.
-
Corinne, 24, business owner from Miami, FL
Image Credit: Mitch Haaseth/ABC Corinne's airtime on The Bachelor this week can be defined by three things: passing out (and snoring), whipped cream and black censor bars to cover her nudity.
Of course the episode opens with a butt-naked Corinne in the bathroom, complete with cutaways to her private interview that played more like a mini-pep talk: "I'm confident enough in myself to know like I have the 'it factor' that guys really like"; "I definitely know how to turn on the sex charm." Following her topless display of affection last week, Corinne only got more risque when she tried the ol' trenchcoat with nothing underneath trick.
The 24-year-old, multi-million dollar business owner with a full-time nanny called her crush over at the rose ceremony for a sweet surprise: licking whipped cream off her bare breasts. But when Nick doesn't jump at the chance to strip off her coat, she cries and threatens to go home. She brings out the waterworks again later — after a few naps — when she loses the group challenge and cops to the one thing she can't do while showing off her "mom moves": Dance.
But that was only the appetizer to the main meal: the "riding her" straddling session in the bouncy castle. Because how do you outdo a topless wedding photoshoot and whipped cream licking session? Apparently, by bringing your own bouncy to a pool party to dry hump in.
Despite what viewers and many of the women in the house can see, Nick only showers Corinne with affection as he playfully returns her advances and praises her for being fun. "I love that Corinne seems to be very comfortable with her body and very comfortable with her sexuality," Nick says. Watching Nick and Corinne grind on each other in their swimsuits pushed Nick's women over the edge. By the end of the episode, and from what we can see in the preview, claws come out in the house following their pool party side display.
(Though Corinne's penchant for passing out after each bit of foreplay did make for meme magic on Twitter Monday night.)
-
Raven, 25, fashion boutique owner from Hoxie, AR
Image Credit: Mitch Haaseth/ABC Raven's relationship with Nick is moving slow and steady. After the Liz drama hit the fan, he and the fashion boutique owner talked things out until they were "feeling great" about moving forward. But by the end of episode three, Raven's tolerance for Nick seemed to dip when she told him, "You are making a huge mistake with one girl," referring to Corinne. She also revealed to Nick that the self-proclaimed "serious business woman" has her own nanny. We'll have to wait and see if this Southern belle can move beyond talking about other contestants during her alone time with Nick, but props to her being the first one to open up Nick's eyes about his beloved Corinne.
-
Taylor, 23, mental health counselor from Seattle, WA
Image Credit: Mitch Haaseth/ABC If Taylor can keep her beef with Corinne in control, she could have a chance at wooing her crush. But as depicted in next week's previews, their tension appears to only grow stronger, setting the stage for a Taylor vs. Corinne battle. It's hinted that when Corinne tells the camera, "Im going to punch her square in the f—king nose," she's directing her anger toward Taylor.
-
Christen, 25, wedding videographer from Tulsa, OK
Image Credit: Mitch Haaseth/ABC Christen needs to make major progress with Nick to remain a frontrunner, but she does have a group date rose under her belt. Since last week ended on a "To Be Continued…" note with the Liz drama, we learned at the start of Monday's episode that Nick gave the wedding videographer the group date rose. Nick seems to appreciate her values and openness, but who knows how he'll react when he finds out she's saving sex for marriage. It's also surprising she hasn't been voicing more concerns about Nick's sexual aggression with Corinne (or why ABC is editing hers out?).
-
Alexis, 23, aspiring dolphin trainer from Secaucus, NJ
Image Credit: Mitch Haaseth/ABC It’s hard to imagine Nick ending up with the dolphin/shark girl who celebrated her fake boobs' birthday, and yet the aspiring dolphin trainer continues to prove herself week after week. (Note: She is only "aspiring" to be a trainer, which means it’s very likely she’s unemployed.) Athletic on the track and field and blunt to the camera (calling out her 'horny" roommates"), it’s possible he’s attracted to her lack of filter. Or maybe this relationship beats to its own drum, especially after the two made out on top of a printout of Nick’s body.
-
Jaimi, 28, chef from New Orleans, LA
Image Credit: Mitch Haaseth/ABC Jaimi, though lacking in air time, continues to stay true to herself and exude confidence. The chef also gave it her all during the athletic challenge and took time to clear the air, telling Nick she “didn't want to be, like, the weird lesbian.” To which he assured her that he “didn't feel that way” and gave her a big I-like-you-just-the-way-you-are kind of kiss.
-
Jasmine, 29, pro basketball dancer from San Francisco, CA
Image Credit: Mitch Haaseth/ABC The former Dallas Cowboys cheerleader was in her element on the backup dancer group date. But Jasmine’s dance skills weren't enough to score alone time with Nick, losing the Backstreet Boys challenge to Danielle L. (see above). The Californian still found a way to claim her man, as she shamelessly made out with him in front of the other women at the pool party. We also learned a little more about the 29-year-old: she wants kids someday, a boob job after being a mom, and really, really hates Corinne (a bit ironically because Jasmine is debatably the second most sexually aggressive woman on the show). She called out the blonde for how "rude" and "disrespectful" it was of her to sleep through the second rose ceremony after her whipped cream session with Nick. "How you going to have all of that energy with your whipped cream but not be standing there?" she asked. (A valid question.)
-
Kristina, 24, dental hygienist from Lexington, KY
Image Credit: Mitch Haaseth/ABC How long will Kristina’s cute accent keep Nick wanting more? The Russian-born beauty got lost in the crowd during the Backstreet Boys group date. She did redeem herself a bit at the pool party when she made out with her crush, but it still seems like she is being overshadowed — a bad sign for the 24-year-old.
-
Brittany, 26, travel nurse from Santa Monica, CA
Image Credit: Mitch Haaseth/ABC Brittany cannot last more than a few weeks from now. Although the 26-year-old made out with Nick at the pool party this week (nearly everyone did) and had that skin-baring Adam and Eve photoshoot with him last week, it seems the Bachelor is falling harder and faster in his relationships with the other women.
-
Sarah, 26, grade school teacher from Newport Beach, CA
Image Credit: Mitch Haaseth/ABC This sweet, grounded girl just does not seem to be catching Nick’s attention. Three episodes in and the grade school teacher has yet to have a memorable moment with the Bachelor. She also cried during the second rose ceremony, for no apparent reason.
-
Whitney, 25, Pilates instructor from Chanhassen, MN
Image Credit: Mitch Haaseth/ABC Again we have to ask: Whitney, who? She's somehow sneaking her way through each rose ceremony, meaning either her alone time with Nick has been edited out of the show, or she’s an extremely lucky lady (so far) to avoid the limo ride home.
-
Josephine, 24, registered nurse from Santa Cruz, CA
Image Credit: Mitch Haaseth/ABC Josephine clocks in at the lowest-ranked position among the remaining contestants because there’s nothing worse than an intoxicated woman serenading a guy in a bikini at a pool party, and actually thinking she’s a good singer.
-
Hailey, 23, photographer from Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada
Image Credit: Mitch Haaseth/ABC Melting marshmallows weren’t enough to melt Nick’s heart, apparently. Hailey tried to salvage her relationship with Nick at the second rose ceremony by snuggling up by the fire and sharing, "I miss you so much.” But Nick said goodbye to the photographer that night, which sent her into a tearful monologue about her pursuit of love: “I know that I'm a catch. I know my worth … I’d love to be able to open up more and express a little more of myself and find love, but if Nick is really attracted to someone like Corinne, that's what upsets me.”
-
Lacey, 25, digital marketing manager from Manhattan, NY
Image Credit: Mitch Haaseth/ABC Though the New Yorker didn’t click with Nick, the 25-year-old was one of the few women in the house to have the patience to listen to Corinne’s sagas. So for that, good karma should eventually be coming full circle.
-
Elizabeth, 24, marketing manager from Dallas, TX
Image Credit: Mitch Haaseth/ABC Elizabeth will be packing her bags and heading back to the Lone Star state following her Nick breakup, but it comes to little surprise. The Texan barely scored any airtime during her short tenure on the show, but she did squeeze in some important food for thought during her final rose ceremony: If Nick already had a sexual history with Liz, would Nick sleep with one of the other women this season before the fantasy suite dates?
-
Dominique, 25, restaurant server from Los Angeles, CA
Image Credit: Mitch Haaseth/ABC This sweet restaurant server might be able to take the heat in the kitchen, but the L.A. lady could not handle the heated environment of The Bachelor. Dominique suffered from a classic Bach meltdown so often seen on the reality dating series. But the difference with Dominique is that she couldn't even keep herself together for her first one-on-one interaction with Nick. She spoke so much about her discomfort and anxiety behind his back, that when she confronted him it came off as an attack. Alexis called it a "full-on spiral" when she dropped two F-bombs and scolded Nick for not giving her a chance. It’s possible she suffered from a bad case of cabin fever (she waited for two weeks in the Bachelor mansion before scoring her first date). “I'm always overlooked," she said. Ultimately, Nick realized his other relationships were progressing faster, so he let her go then and there — marking the second week in a row with an impromptu breakup. “I think Dominique's amazing, but I didn't ultimately see an engagement with her,” Nick later explains.
