R&B singer Solange tops the nominations list for the 2017 Soul Train Awards presented by BET with seven nominations, including best R&B/soul female artist and video of the year.

Following close behind Solange with six nominations is Bruno Mars, who is nominated for video of the year as well. (The "24K Magic" singer is no stranger to that category; he won the award in 2015.)

DJ Khaled, Rihanna and Bryson Tiller were nominated for five awards apiece for their hit collaboration, "Wild Thoughts," and rounding out the top of the list are first-time nominees Khalid and SZA, who each received four nominations.

The ceremony will take place Nov. 5 at the Orleans Arena in Las Vegas, and the show will air on BET and BET HER on Nov. 26 at 8 p.m. ET. Between performances and presentation of awards, Grammy winner Toni Braxton will receive the Don Cornelius Legend Award, and Grammy-nominated trio SWV will be honored with the third annual Lady of Soul Award.

Both Braxton and SWV are being "recognized for their longstanding presence in the music industry and influence on the world of soul and R&B music past and present," according to Tuesday's announcement.
