Chelsea Handler returns to No. 1 on The Hollywood Reporter’s Top TV Personalities chart for the first time since early November, jumping 6-1 on the ranking dated Dec. 20.

The Top TV Personalities chart is a ranking of the most popular TV personalities on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube and Google Plus, with global data provided by social media analytics company MVPindex. The chart's methodology blends social engagement on the platforms along with weekly additions of followers/subscribers. TV personalities are defined here as performers primarily known for their appearances on their own TV series, including hosts of entertainment/news shows. The latest tracking week ended Dec. 12.

Handler previously reigned over the charts dated Nov. 1 and Nov. 8 and had remained within the top seven each week since prior to her return to No. 1.

Jimmy Kimmel, the Dec. 13-dated chart’s No. 1, falls off the ranking, while Stephen Colbert, Bill Maher and Mike Huckabee re-enter the chart.
