Chris Evans Bounces Back to No. 1 on Top Actors Social Media Ranking
The chart ranks the most popular actors based on data from Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube and Google Plus.

Chris Evans snags his second No. 1 on The Hollywood Reporter’s Top Actors chart, vaulting 5-1 on the Oct. 17-dated list.
The Top Actors chart is a ranking of the most popular actors on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube and Google Plus, with global data provided by social media analytics company MVPindex. The chart's methodology blends social engagement on the platforms along with weekly additions of followers/subscribers. The latest tracking week ended Oct. 9.
Evans, who previously led the April 25, 2018, Top Actors chart, moves back to No. 1 after posts commemorating the wrapping of shooting on the fourth film in the Avengers series, which does not currently have a name. (More on that below.)
He takes the top spot over Alyssa Milano, who reaches a new peak of No. 2, with by previous No. 1s Will Smith, Millie Bobby Brown and Kevin Hart rounding out the top five.
See the top 10 below (and for the full 25-position list, pick up the THR issue dated Oct. 17), and for more charts on The Hollywood Reporter, check out the Top Comedians and Top TV Personalities charts.
