Dwayne Johnson Leads Top Actors Social Media Ranking for 4th Straight Week
Johnson reigns over Finn Wolfhard, Zendaya and Kevin Hart on the chart, which ranks the most popular actors based on data from Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube and Google Plus.

The impending release of his new Jumanji film reboot helps Dwayne Johnson hold the No. 1 spot on The Hollywood Reporter’s Top Actors chart for a fourth consecutive week, holding the top spot on the ranking dated Dec. 20.
The Top Actors chart is a ranking of the most popular actors on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube and Google Plus, with global data provided by social media analytics company MVPindex. The chart's methodology blends social engagement on the platforms along with weekly additions of followers/subscribers. The latest tracking week ended Dec. 12.
Johnson, who leads the ranking for a 21st week in all, leads Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle co-star Kevin Hart on the Top Actors ranking; Hart maintains his No. 4 rank.
Finn Wolfhard, Zendaya (Nos. 2 and 3) and Cara Delevingne (No. 5) round out the top five.

Though he’s been all over the news cycle anyway as of late with the upcoming release of Jumanji (Dec. 20), Johnson’s most important post of all to share was the announcement that wife Lauren Hashian is pregnant with their second child, a girl, on Dec. 11. Johnson increased 51 percent in conversation across all social media, including 23,000 Facebook comments and 160,000 Instagram comments.
