iHeartRadio Music Awards: Cardi B, Drake, Ariana Grande Lead Nominations

Shawn Mendes, Post Malone, Maroon 5 and Imagine Dragons also received multiple noms for the 2019 awards.

Cardi B, Drake and Ariana Grande topped this year's nominations list for the iHeartRadio Music Awards. The show, to be held at the Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles, is set to air Thursday, March 14, on Fox.

Cardi B received 13 mentions, including for song of the year, female artist of the year, three tracks in the best collaboration category, best hip-hop artist and more. Drake's eight noms include song of the year, male artist of the year and three contenders in the hip-hop song of the year category, among others.

This year's fan award categories include best fan army presented by Taco Bell, best lyrics, best cover song, best music video, the social star award, best solo breakout, cutest musician's pet, the first-ever song that left us shook and favorite tour photographer. Social voting begins Wednesday and runs through March 7. Fans can vote on Twitter using the appropriate category and nominee hashtags or by visiting iHeartRadio.com/awards.
