Will Smith leads The Hollywood Reporter’s Top Actors chart for the second week in a row, while Millie Bobby Brown launches 6-2 on the Oct. 31-dated ranking and Josh Peck leaps into the top 10.

The Top Actors chart is a ranking of the most popular actors on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube and Google Plus, with global data provided by social media analytics company MVPindex. The chart's methodology blends social engagement on the platforms along with weekly additions of followers/subscribers. The latest tracking week ended Oct. 23.

Smith and Brown are followed by Stephen Amell in the top three; Amell holds at No. 3 for a second week amid continued excitement for his role in The CW’s upcoming Elseworlds crossover event.

Meanwhile, Peck returns to the chart’s top 10 for the first time since September 2017 (more on that below), while Jordyn Jones makes her maiden appearance inside the top 10 at No. 7.

See the top 10 below (and for the full 25-position chart, check out the THR issue dated Oct. 31), and for more charts on The Hollywood Reporter, check out the Top Comedians and Top TV Personalities charts.

Brown vaults back to No. 2 thanks to a week on Instagram that saw the Stranger Things star gather 8.9 million Instagram favorites among multiple photos. Uploads from Brown’s account constituted four of the top six most-engaged-with posts on Instagram by an actor in the tracking week (No. 1 actor Will Smith held the other two), one of which was a selfie with Formula 1 driver Lewis Hamilton from when he gave her a ride in his race car; she called it “the craziest three minutes ever.”
