Your guide to shopping in L.A. for the week ahead.
French menswear label 13 Bonaparte has opened its first U.S. storefront at The Row in DTLA.
The company had previously tested the American waters with a pop-up store in Manhattan earlier this spring, around which time they also launched a denim line called Le Denim, which included its first pieces for women.
However the brand's founder and artistic director David Sarfati says that "it's because of what's going on in L.A. that he chose DTLA for the first permanent storefront. "L.A. was an amazing opportunity to truly set up the brand," he told WWD. "What’s going on in downtown right now reminds me a little of what happened in the Marais where we are in Paris right now. It’s dynamic and truly aligned with our customers.”

Minimalist athleisure label Outdoor Voices is the latest brand to take a turn at The Grove's rotating pop-up space.
Like most millennial-targeted retail concepts, the pop-up will not only sell the cult-favorite brand's selection of leggings and cropped tanks, but will also serve as a "community space" and feature a mini climbing wall on the store's exterior. The shop will carry six towel designs exclusive to the L.A. space, as well as a version of their branded tote in a beach-ready flamingo hue.

L.A.-based jewelry designer Ariel Gordon is hosting her annual archive sale on Thursday.
Held at Gordon's downtown L.A. studio, the sale offers 75-percent off of her handmade modern jewels. Since launching in 2009, Gordon's delicate designs have been worn by Charlize Theron, Gwyneth Paltrow, Jennifer Lawrence and more.
