‘Stranger Things’ Actor Finn Wolfhard Debuts on Top Actors Social Media Ranking
'Stranger Things' actor Finn Wolfhard and co-star Millie Bobby Brown spend their first week on the chart, which ranks the most popular actors based on data from Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube and Google Plus.

The top two spots on The Hollywood Reporter’s Top Actors chart again belong to Dwayne Johnson and Blake Lively, while Stranger Things star Finn Wolfhard debuts on the ranking dated Nov. 1 at No. 9.
The Top Actors chart is a ranking of the most popular actors on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube and Google Plus, with global data provided by social media analytics company MVPindex. The chart’s methodology blends social engagement on the platforms along with weekly additions of followers/subscribers. The latest tracking week ended Oct. 24.
Wolfhard is joined on the latest chart by Stranger Things co-star Millie Bobby Brown, who also makes her chart debut, at No. 14 (see the Hollywood Reporter issue dated Nov. 1 for the full list).
In addition, a handful of acts re-enter the top 10 include Zendaya (14-7), Priyanka Chopra (11-8) and Tom Holland (18-10), all of whom have ranked within the top 10 before.
Meanwhile, Johnson’s week at No. 1 is his 15th, which leads all actors on the chart.
See the top 10 below (and for the full 25-position list, pick up The Hollywood Reporter’s issue dated Nov. 1), and for more charts on The Hollywood Reporter, check out the Top Comedians and Top TV Personalities charts.
