Trista Rehn
Image Credit: Jerod Harris/Getty Images What happened during the finale: Rehn, a former Miami Heat cheerleader and runner-up on season one of The Bachelor (with Alex Michel), was chosen to be the first female contestant to lead ABC's spin-off series The Bachelorette. She gave her final rose to Ryan Sutter, and the couple's 2003 wedding ceremony was later televised in a three-part special titled Trista & Ryan's Wedding.
What she's doing now: Since starring in the reality series, Rehn has appeared on season one of Dancing With the Stars (she was partnered with Louis Van Amstel) and Marriage Boot Camp: Reality Stars in 2014. Rehn and Sutter are still happily married and have two children named Maxwell and Blakesley.

Her run as ABC's second Bachelorette ended when she gave her final rose to Ian McKee and the two got engaged. They split in 2005, almost a year after the series' premiere.
What she's doing now: Phillips is now a professional chef, the author of The Date Night Cookbook and co-president of ProChef, Inc.

Jennifer "Jen" Schefft
Image Credit: Jason Kempin/FilmMagic What happened during the finale: The PR specialist who stole Andrew Firestone's heart on season three of The Bachelor returned as the Bachelorette after the couple called it quits. Schefft shocked viewers when she narrowed down her search to two men — Jerry Ferris and John Paul Meritt — and chose neither during the show's finale.
What she's doing now: Schefft currently resides in Chicago with her husband Joe Waterman and two daughters, Mae and Charlotte. In March, the former reality star addressed Bachelor Nation with a tweet about her thoughts on ABC's decision to choose JoJo Fletcher as the star of season 12 over Caila Quinn, who was presumed to be the next Bachelorette.
Didn't watch this season but think its pretty terrible how @CailaQuinn was dropped after being told she was the bachelorette! #TheBachelor

What she's doing now: During the "After the Rose" special, Maynard revealed that she and Holm were still together but hadn't set a wedding date, which was followed months later with the announcement of the couple's breakup. Two years following her quest for love in the reality TV realm, the North Carolina blonde wed automotive management consultant Tyler Johnson in June 2014. The pair welcomed their first child together, son Jennings Tyler Johnson, a year later in July 2015.

Desiree Hartsock
Image Credit: Bryan Steffy/WireImage What happened during the finale: After meeting her family in Antigua and asking her father for permission, Chris Siegfried proposed to Desiree Hartsock on the season 9 finale of The Bachelorette.
What she's doing now: Following their engagement on the reality show, the bridal stylist packed up and moved to Seattle to be with Siegfried. After 20 months of love, the couple wed Jan. 18, 2015 in Ranchos Palos Verdes, Calif. The designer and her hubby continue to reside in Washington and are expecting their first bundle of joy in October 2016, five months following the release of Hartsock's first book, My Fairytale Wedding: Planning Your Dream Wedding Without Breaking the Bank.
-
Andi Dorfman
Image Credit: Ben Gabbe/Getty Images What happened during the finale: Andi Dorfman and Josh Murray gave audiences a happy ending when the two got engaged on the finale after the former pro baseball player got down on one knee and proposed to the assistant district attorney.
What she's doing now: Though viewers hoped for a Bachelorette wedding between the couple, Dorman and Murray broke up five short months after the reveal of their engagement. In the two years since her run on the ABC reality show, the Bachelorette added book author to her resume, releasing It's Not Okay: Turning Heartbreak into Happily Never After on May 17, 2016.

Kaitlyn Bristowe
Image Credit: GP Images/WireImage What happened during the finale: The Canadian dance instructor went from single to taken during the season 11 finale of The Bachelorette. Though the blunt Bachelorette broke runner-up Nick Viall's heart, she and Shawn Booth found love when he got down on one knee and she accepted.
What she's doing now: Since the wrap of her season, Bristowe has been an active blogger on her self-titled website — KaitlynBristowe.com — and collaborated with a designer in the creation of prints, drinkware and apparel. Just a few weeks shy of the season 12 Bachelorette premiere, Bristowe and Booth celebrated their one-year engagement anniversary, which she celebrated with a captioned photo on Instagram: "Look at these young crazy kids. We've grown so much as individuals, and as a couple in the last year. In 60 years I will still grab your face like this, and love you with my whole #HappyAnniversary."
