Twentieth Century Fox leads with the chart's top two titles, followed by the newest installments in Universal's 'Despicable Me' and 'The Fast and the Furious' franchises. Watch all 10 here.
Twentieth Century Fox holds down the top two spots on a special three-week Top Movie Trailers Chart, with the animated The Boss Baby leading the way.
The initial trailer for the Alec Baldwin-starring film, produced by DreamWorks Animation, crowns the chart with 32.7 million views in the tracking period, according to video technology company ZEFR. The ranking normally prioritizes trailers based on overall view counts on YouTube, combining a sum of official and fan trailer uploads, on a weekly basis; however, this week's chart instead encompasses data between Dec. 19 and Jan. 8, due to the holidays.
The Boss Baby is followed by Fox's first trailer for the Ridley Scott-directed Alien: Covenant, which racked up 21.3 million views. Movies starring Steve Carell, Vin Diesel and Dakota Johnson also populate the list, with all but one – The Boss Baby – being either a sequel or part of an existing franchise.
