In the era of Peak TV, there's more television airing each week than ever before. To help keep it all straight, The Hollywood Reporter will compile a roundup of the week's biggest trailers for new and returning shows, as well as episodes that should not be missed.

'The Alienist'
The period drama, set in 1896 New York, follows a criminal psychologist — a.k.a. an "alienist" — played by Daniel Brühl, a newspaper illustrator played by Luke Evans, and a police secretary played by Dakota Fanning as they investigate the murders of boy prostitutes.

'Casual'
The third season of the Hulu dramedy sees Valerie (Michaela Watkins) Laura (Tara Lynne Barr) looking for another fresh start as they move out of Alex’s (Tommy Dewey) house. Chace Crawford stops by as a love interest for Valerie.

'Nashville'
When the series returns after its midseason hiatus on June 1, the characters will still be grappling with Rayna's (Connie Britton) death. The series also welcomes Rachel Bilson plays a red glasses-wearing chief strategy officer for Highway 65, while Empire vet Kaitlin Doubleday will play a singer/songwriter who returns to Nashville after a public scandal.

'Top of the Lake: China Girl'
Season two of Jane Campion's drama Top of the Lake sees Gwendoline Christie and Campion's real-life daughter Alice Englert join Elisabeth Moss and Nicole Kidman for a mystery involving a missing girl, a brothel, and a seedy German boyfriend that connects the two. -
'Teen Wolf'
The first look at the second half of the sixth and final season sees Tyler Posey's teenage werewolf Scott and his supernatural friends Lydia (Holland Roden) and Malia (Shelley Hennig) on the run from hunters.
