    He’s back to acting: He’s wrapped work opposite Natalie Dormer in Farhad Safinia’s The Professor and the Madman and next heads to Daddy's Home 2, his first studio film in years. He is also attached to reunite with Vince Vaughn for the indie crime drama Dragged Across Concrete and is being courted to direct Suicide Squad 2 for Warner Bros.

    He’s wrapped work on Denis Villeneuve’s Blade Runner 2049, and next will reunite with La La Land director Damien Chazelle to play Neil Armstrong in First Man for Universal, which is looking to shoot toward the end of 2017.

She’s due to star in both Disney’s Cruella and Netflix’s Cary Fukunaga series Maniac, which also stars Jonah Hill, but it’s unclear which will go first. She’s wrapped work on Battle of the Sexes in which she stars as tennis great Billie Jean King.
