Hours after parting ways with unscripted head Conrad Riggs, Amazon has already found his replacement.

Heather Schuster, one of the streamer's senior creative executives, will take over the job. She previously worked for Ryan Seacrest Productions, and only joined Amazon in August.

For five seasons, Schuster was a producer for Donald Trump's The Apprentice when Riggs was Mark Burnett's producing partner. Prior to that, she served as senior vp creative affairs at Reveille/Shine America for nearly three years before joining Ryan Seacrest Productions.

Riggs' departure followed the resignation of programming chief Roy Price, who faced allegations of sexual harassment, and comedy and drama head Joe Lewis. The latter now has a producing deal at Amazon Studios. In addition, international chief Morgan Wandell jumped ship for Apple as that company makes its push into programming.

In the wake of all of the turnover, Sharon Tal Yguado is taking over as head of all of scripted for Amazon, while Amazon Studios chief operating officer Albert Cheng has been assuming Price's duties in the interim.

Amazon's initial big swing in the unscripted space, The New Yorker Presents, only lasted one season. Most notably in the reality arena, the streamer reassembled the Top Gear team for The Grand Tour. Skipping Amazon's pilot process, the show debuted in 2016 and is already renewed through a third season. Another series, All or Nothing — Amazon's own football docudrama — nabbed an Emmy nomination.

Deadline first reported the news Tuesday of Schuster's promotion.
