Archie Panjabi is headed to Fox.

The Emmy-winning Good Wife alum has been tapped to star in the network's untitled drama pilot formerly known as Controversy.

The project revolves around the junior counsel (Austin Stowell, Whiplash) of a prestigious Illinois university who must deal with an out-of-control scandal when a young coed accuses several star football players of sexual assault. From the football coaches and boosters who wield outsize influence to a university administration under siege, the drama explores the type of high-profile controversy all too familiar on today’s college campuses, as well as the corrosive, dangerous nature of institutional power.

Panjabi will star as Jourdan Price, the crisis management consultant who is brought in to help with the scandal.

The casting brings Panjabi back to 20th Century Fox Television, where she had a talent deal two years ago. The actress is currently starring in a season-long arc as the head of the NSA on NBC's Blindspot, from Warner Bros. Television and showrunner Martin Gero. Her credits include 2016's ABC drama pilot The Jury and feature film San Andreas.

The untitled Fox drama pilot hails from Up in the Air's Sheldon Turner, who will pen the script and executive produce alongside John Requa and Glenn Ficarra of This Is Us. The latter duo are on board to direct the pilot. Scandal inspiration/consultant Judy Smith, Jennifer Klein and Charlie Gogolak also will exec produce.

Panjabi, who received multiple offers this pilot season, is repped by Gersh.
