BoJack Horseman will be back.

Netflix has renewed the acclaimed animated comedy for a fifth season, the streamer said Thursday.

Netflix announced the news in a hilarious video on the show's official social media accounts in which one of the "clingy execs" within the show sent the title character the good news.

The pickup comes weeks after season four was released on the streaming outlet. The series centers on BoJack (Will Arnett), a (fictional) failed '90s TV star from the sitcom Horsin' Around. Along with sidekick Todd (Aaron Paul) and his feline agent and ex, Princess Carolyn (Amy Sedaris), the series follows BoJack's attempts to stage a Hollywood comeback.

Raphael Bob-Waksberg created the series and executive produces with Steven A. Cohen and Noel Bright, as well as Arnett and Paul. BoJack Horseman was designed by graphic artist Lisa Hanawalt, with animation by Los Angeles-based ShadowMachine. The show is produced by Michael Eisner's The Tornante Company.

BoJack Horseman is one of Arnett's three series at Netflix. The other two are the sophomore comedy Flaked and the upcoming fifth season of Arrested Development.

BoJack Horseman is one of several original animated comedies at the streaming giant, including F Is for Family and Castlevania. On Friday, Netflix will unveil the anime series Neo Yokio.
