The Millers is starting to get crowded again.

CBS' fall comedy has tapped Veep and New Girl actor Nelson Franklin as the latest series regular, joining stars Will Arnett, Margo Martindale and Beau Bridges. Franklin will play Adam, husband to Debbie (Jayma Mays) -- a role recast after the departure of Mary Elizabeth Ellis. Franklin takes over the role from the also-recast Michael Rapaport.

A multicamera comedy from Raising Hope's Greg Garcia, The Millers focuses on a recently divorced Jack (Arnett), whose life is complicated by his parents' decision to also divorce. The mother (Martindale) moves in with him, while the father (Bridges) shacks up with Jack's sister (Mays) and her husband (Franklin).

The Millers, which also counts J.B. Smoove among its leads, premieres Thursday, Sept. 26.

Franklin, whose credits also include Argo and Scott Pilgrim vs. the World, is repped by WME.
