CBS is adding another drama to its pilot orders.

The network has given a pilot order to Wisdom of the Crowd, a tech drama based on the Israeli format of the same name, The Hollywood Reporter has learned.

Written by Ted Humphrey (The Good Wife, Incorporated), the project is described as telling the story of a tech innovator who, inspired by the notion that a million minds are better than one, creates a cutting-edge crowdsourcing hub to solve his own daughter’s murder, as well as revolutionize crime solving in San Francisco.

Humphrey will also executive produce with Keshet Media Group CEO Avi Nir, Keshet International CEO Alon Shtruzman, Keshet Studios topper Peter Traugott and his longtime producing partner Rachel Kaplan as well as Dror Mishani and Shira Hadad. CBS Television Studios will produce in association with Universal Television, where Keshet has a co-production pact.

This is a rare co-production this pilot season for CBS, where the majority of its drama pilots are being produced solely in-house by CBS TV Studios. Shawn Ryan's remake of S.W.A.T is the only other drama co-production, with Sony Television producing along with CBS TV Studios.

This is Keshet's third pilot, joining NBC's For God and Country and ABC's Salamander. Keshet's other credits include Showtime's Homeland and The A Word on SundanceTV.
