Are Chili's (Dora Madison) days at Firehouse 51 numbered?

Dawson finally figured out the source of her erratic behavior -- the recent and sudden death of her sister -- on Chicago Fire, but it's clear Boden (Eamonn Walker) hasn't gotten the memo.

After Brett (Kara Killmer) went to Boden with her concerns about Chili in the final moments of Tuesday's episode, the chief wastes no time sitting down with the troubled paramedic to hash things out. However, what starts out as a warm heart-to-heart quickly escalates to a tough ultimatum in The Hollywood Reporter's exclusive video from Tuesday's new episode.

"You push the wrong meds again, someone will die," an irate Boden tells her. "That is two strikes, Chili."

So what happens after strike three? Spoiler alert: It ain't good. Check out the exclusive video below:

Chicago Fire airs Tuesdays at 10 p.m. on NBC.
