Chicago Fire is getting ready to introduce more of the Dawson clan.

The NBC drama has cast Fulvia Vergel and Daniel Zacapa as the parents of Gabby (Monica Raymund) and Antonio (Chicago P.D.'s Jon Seda) Dawson, The Hollywood Reporter has learned.

The mother and father visit the Windy City for their anniversary party, but the momentous occasion quickly takes a turn for the worse. The duo will appear in the seventh episode of the upcoming fifth season.

The arrival of mama and papa Dawson comes at an eventful time for both Gabby, who recently became a foster mother to Louie, and Antonio, who is about to embark on a romance with Gabby's friend and co-worker Brett (Kara Killmer).

"They're emotional characters. When it comes to family, they don't play around with that," Seda recently told THR about his TV parents' introduction. "Their family values are really strong, so when there are some issues that come up, it's going to affect them pretty good."

Vergel's credits include Hold the Door, while Zacapa's credits include Se7en, Up Close and Personal and the recently released Masterminds. The River grad is repped by BRS/Gage Talent Agency, STW Talent and Margie Weiner Management.

Chicago Fire returns Tuesday at 10 p.m. ET/PT on NBC.
