Voight (Jason Beghe) is out for blood — maybe more so than ever before.

The head of Chicago P.D.'s Intelligence Unit is all kinds of riled up in The Hollywood Reporter's exclusive sneak peek at Wednesday's new episode.

In the scene, an emotional Voight informs his team about a felon from his past who recently has gone free. "The sooner he is in a box or a bag, the better," he says. "Am I clear?"
