What It’s About: Grimm, inspired by the classic Grimm fairy tales, follows homicide detective Nick Burkhardt (Giuntoli) as he begins seeing things he can’t quite explain. Things get interesting when he finds out he is a descendant of an elite group of hunters, known as Grimms, who fight to keep humanity safe from the supernatural creatures. (One-hour drama)

When It Airs: Fall; Fridays at 9 p.m. on NBC

Universal Media Studios will premiere the pilot for NBC's upcoming supernatural drama Grimm at Comic-Con.

The series, from Buffy the Vampire Slayer and Angel writers and executive producers Jim Kouf and David Greenwalt, will hold its panel on Saturday, July 23.

Following the screening, a Q&A will be held with Kouf and Greenwalt joined by the cast including David Giuntoli, Russell Hornsby, Bitsie Tulloch, Silas Weir Mitchell, Reggie Lee and Sasha Roiz.

From UMS and Hazy Mills Productions, Grimm is executive produed by Sean Hayes and Todd Milliner. The series is inspired by the classic Grimm Brothers Fairy Tales. The drama will air in the fall on NBC.
