Dec. 18 is already a big night for late night TV, as it also marks Stephen Colbert's final Colbert Report on Comedy Central.

Conan airs Monday through Thursday at 11 p.m. EST/PST on TBS. It is produced by Conaco LLC. Jeff Ross is its executive producer.
