Gal Gadot and Kumail Nanjiani to Host 'Saturday Night Live'
Wonder Woman's victory lap continues.
Gal Gadot, who played the female superhero in the box-office blockbuster, has been tapped to host Saturday Night Live, NBC announced Thursday.
Additionally, The Big Sick and Silicon Valley star Kumail Nanjiani is set to head to Studio 8H. This marks the hosting debut for both of the actors.
Gadot will host Oct. 7 with musical guest Sam Smith, and Nanjiani will host Oct. 14 with musical guest Pink. The appearances will mark Smith's second turn as musical guest and Pink's third.
Ryan Gosling and Jay-Z have already been announced for the Sept. 30 season premiere of SNL.
Season 43 will mark the first time the long-running NBC series will air live in all four time zones for the entire season after the last four shows of season 42 aired live coast-to-coast. SNL recently took home nine Emmy Awards, including for best variety sketch series, best supporting actor for Alec Baldwin and best supporting actress for Kate McKinnon.
For Gadot, the SNL gig comes in the wake of Wonder Woman's $400 million haul at the domestic box office. She next grabs the lasso for the upcoming Justice League movie, which is set to hit theaters in November.
Nanjiani is also coming off the success of the summer film release The Big Sick, the romantic comedy he co-wrote with his wife Emily V. Gordon. He also stars in the pic, which has grossed $42.5 million stateside in addition to drawing favorable reviews, and stars on the HBO comedy Silicon Valley, which will return in 2018 for season five.
