Peter Dinklage Mocks Joffrey in 'Game of Thrones: The Musical' (Video)

Coldplay wrote the music for the Red Nose Day sketch.

Staying alive on Game of Thrones apparently has gone to Peter Dinklage's head.

Dinklage (aka Tyrion Lannister) sings lyrics about some of the HBO show's deceased characters, using their deaths to point out just how cool he must be, since he's still standing.

"Remember Ned Stark? He was a lot of fun, but he didn't make it past season one. Robert Baratheon was part of that crew, but he never made it to season two," sings Dinklage in a preview for Game of Thrones: The Musical. "The King of the North was cool, you said. Another favorite that ended up dead. You thought that Joffrey had to survive — he ain't in the credits for season five."

So what is Game of Thrones: The Musical?

It's the subject of a sketch that is part of NBC's Red Nose Day special, which airs Thursday at 8 p.m. The sketch will feature other Game of Thrones castmembers, as well as Coldplay, the musical talent behind the fictitious musical.

The Red Nose Day benefit, which has raised money for children living in poverty since 1988 in the U.K., comes to the U.S. for the first time Thursday. Other stars on board include Julia Roberts, Will Ferrell and Jennifer Aniston.
