Gina Rodriguez is expanding her relationship with CBS TV Studios.

The Jane the Virgin star has signed a multiyear overall deal with the studio, The Hollywood Reporter has learned.

Titled I Can and I Will: Tools My Daddy Gave Me, the book centers on lessons she learned from her father, Genaro Rodriguez. It is expected to be released sometime this year.

Since breaking out on Jane the Virgin, Rodriguez also has become known for her philanthropic work. She recently established the We Will foundation, designed to focus on arts education and scholarship funding for the less fortunate, with the aim of empowering young woman. Similarly, her production banner is also committed to promoting diversity onscreen.

I Can and I Will Productions is repped by Primary Wave and APA.
