Glee 3D's Darren Criss' Blaine Anderson Vlogs From the Set (Video)

The 'Glee' actor records an in-character message backstage on the set of the Fox show's upcoming concert film.

Gleeks won't have to wait until the Fox show's September 20 return to get their dose of singing troupes New Directions and the Dalton Academy Warblers. The hit show's feature-film Glee: The 3D Concert Movie hits theaters August 12.

In a new video blog, Glee star Darren Criss appears in character as Warbler Blaine Anderson.

"It's very nice for the Warblers to be able to play with New Directions, who are the undoubtable stars of the show," says Criss as Anderson, who reveals that he's sporting a red tee shirt in the video because he thought it would make his "hair pop."

The singer also hints of a possible showdown between the rival glee clubs in the film, saying "Bring it on!"
