Despite the surprising success of her "Forget You" duet with Cee-Lo at the Grammys, actress Gwyneth Paltrow's off-key live performance of "Coming Home" at the Oscars proved she still has a long way to go before she can add a golden grammophone to her collection of awards. Although she made a valient effort, her performance fell as flat as her notes.

Glee substitute teacher extraordinaire Gwyneth Paltrow popped in and joined the Glee regulars during their Thursday concert tour stop in East Rutherford, N.J.

The actress, who has played sub Holly Holliday in three episodes of the Fox musical hit, surprised concertgoers when she came out on stage -- dressed in character, no less -- and performed Cee Lo Green’s “Forget You.”

The New Jersey performance also was being filmed for the Glee Live! 3D! movie set to bow in theaters Aug. 12.
