The Good Fight is expanding for season two.

CBS All Access has upped the episode order for the legal drama to 13 episodes, The Hollywood Reporter has learned.

The series, which marks the streamer's first foray into original scripted programming, was renewed in March for a second season that will premiere in 2018.

Although an increase from the 10-episode first season, 13 is still a much smaller number compared to the 22 episodes The Good Wife produced every season throughout its seven-season run. Robert and Michelle King, who co-created and serve as showrunners on both series, had been vocal from the start about moving away from the large network season orders, as was star Christine Baranski.

"I'm delighted to do 10 episodes and not 22. It allows you the chance to do other things as an actor," the Emmy winner told THR in January.

The 13-episode second season will put The Good Fight on par with CBS All Access' other original series, Star Trek: Discovery, which does not yet have a premiere date. Although Star Trek: Discovery was originally slated to premiere before The Good Fight, a showrunner change caused a delay.

The Good Fight hails from CBS TV Studios and is exec produced by the Kings, Ridley Scott, David Zucker, Liz Glotzer, Brooke Kennedy and Alison Cross.

In addition to The Good Fight and the forthcoming Star Trek: Discovery, CBS All Access' originals slate includes unscripted entry Big Brother: Over the Top. CBS All Access costs $5.99 a month, with a commercial-free option available for $9.99 a month.
