Another Saturday Night Live vet is paying a visit to NBC's Great News.

Cecily Strong is set to guest star on an upcoming episode of the sophomore comedy, The Hollywood Reporter has learned.

Strong will play Jessica, one of Katie's (Briga Heelan) old friends who traded in her single city life for a husband and kids in New Jersey. After Jessica throws a wildly elaborate gender-reveal party, Katie begins to question her life choices, envying her friend's seemingly Pinterest-perfect life in the suburbs.

In addition to series regular Horatio Sanz, who was an SNL castmember from 1998-2006, former SNL castmember and head writer Tina Fey will recur this season as the new Sheryl Sandberg-like boss at Katie's news network.

Fey is also an executive producer on Great News, along with former SNL writer Robert Carlock, former SNL director Beth McCarthy Miller and series creator Tracey Wigfield.

For Strong, the guest role comes as she heads into her sixth season on SNL. Her memorable sketches include "The Girl You Wish You Hadn't Started a Conversation With at a Party" as well as her impression of first lady Melania Trump alongside Alec Baldwin's Emmy-nominated take on Donald Trump.

Baldwin revealed on Ellen DeGeneres' daytime talk show that he will continue to play Trump this upcoming season.

Strong, whose other credits include Superstore, Scream Queens and Ghostbusters, is repped by ICM and Brillstein Entertainment.

Great News returns for season two following Will & Grace on Thursday, Sept. 28. Saturday Night Live comes back two days later, on Sept. 30, with host Ryan Gosling and musical guest Jay-Z.
